Interesting logic, yours. I do not know again why you are barking off the wrong tree. This is just a comment I made. I am saying that it did not work for me and I enabled the plugin, but it is still wanting to download 750MB+ of updates and on a dialup connection which is insane :( The plugin was going to be enabled by default, but there were change of plans along the way which is not my fault by the way.
