I followed to the "Tallest Dwarf" link, and saw this:

"Launch Date: *Soonish...* due to unforeseen circumstances, and the

apologies for the delay."


Could it be that <gasp>, Harper Collins is being difficult in
publishing this brilliant work?? Note that "intransigence" is spelled
wrong btw....
