OK people , it probably time to end it, as I can not see us educating
the un-educatable!
A few observations
Sean uses an AOL account and as we all know the majority of those users
that have visited the list over the years have been "Fill in your own
thought".
Sean originally started a thread off the back of a previous thread. And
has done so three times now, so has no idea of how a mailing list works,
nore does he seem to want to. So failing to research, sounds like a plan
if you want to be a great author.
Sean has come to a mailing list for Feist, and started spouting off to
incite a reaction. What Sean has not considered is that Mailing lists,
Forums and other venues have members, these members come from all walks
of life, and that there may also be other authors lurking on the list,
maybe staff at some of Ray's publishing houses, or even the Publisher,
themselves. His attitude is not going to endear him to them, as they
might see him as akward. Will that help him get a writing job.......
There is an old saying "Win friends and influence them". Sean you need
to re-think your approach, otherwise your future in writing, well,
becomes very predictable...
So people lets get back to business from this, brief, but humourous
interlude. We have a new book to concentrate in in a few days <G>
I have now marked this thread un-interesting, so it won't be appearing
on my radar again!
