I prefer rabbit and deer myself. Frog was unpleasant, and most reptile is underwhelming to say the least. I don't eat birds. All the same though, it's probably either time to talk about eating critters in Ray's world, or taking this off-list.

Emu isn't like chicken, more like beef!  So is sandhill crane.  Ever
eaten oryx?  They are tasty.  Very lean meat, more so than elk even.
