I was looking for something to read and found a copy of Magician on a mates
bookshelf and decided to try it out .... That was six years ago and I must say
that ray is by far the best author that I have had the privilege to read.
Thanbks for the memories ray!!!!!!!!!

Subject: Re: More than half my life

I first read Magician in 1987 while in my last year of high school.
Someone loaned it to me to read in my lunch break, and I was hooked by
about page 3! After school, Rays books (and late night 'collecting chats'
with John) kept me sane through almost 20 years of shift work.
As for time on the list, I'm in the 2000 rogues gallery, so I assume I
joined some time before then :)
