On Dial-up, no, but my mobile device has a data limit of 2 GB. If I go over that, I start paying exorbitant rates per MB downloaded. With more and mroe mobile devices coming into play, data limits set by mobile telco companies come more and more into play, especially now you can tether your mobile device to your laptop and use it for an internet connection.
