Due to the space restictions of a growing family, I have boxes of Ray's (and other authors) paperback books that I tried to offload to a few 2nd hand book store some time ago... They didn't want to know me and I couldn't even give the books to them! So now I'm left with three options - give them to a charity book store, thow them out, or gift them to a fellow collector. To answer your question then, I don't think the paperbacks are worth much. The value is probably going to be sentimental (to yourself) only. Hopefully the value of your hardbacks are better. Unfortunately I also ran into the same problem with my duplicate 1st editions - no 2nd hand book store would touch them either (at any price)... cheers, Cameron Brisbane Australia
