Thanks Ray, I just thought it was odd that it was available for download then one day later it was not. I still have the sample on my Kindle (at least it was there yesterday, maybe it was removed. I'll have to check that tonight) and when I downloaded it there was an option to buy it in Kindle format. Perhaps they realized the error and removed it after someone downloaded the sample?
I hope all is going well with the new book Ray. I would guess everyone else on the list is anxiously awaiting the day we get to read it as much as I am.
