Finally! The download of the CLDC (the basis of all J2ME) refers to the Sun Community Source License (SCSL), which has been ruled as incompatible with ASF. IIRC, the SCSL doesn't make a distinction between binary usages and source usages, so this might be a problem. I am posting a on legal-discuss for clarification. Cheers Niclas
