To get him to eat more, try making the liver shake. The recipe is in the archives or I can send it again if you can't find it. They will often eat this when they won't eat anything else, and it is full of nutrients so even if they just eat a little they get a lot out of it. Also try sour cream and also roast beef deli slices.
