Thanks Gloria...I've bought the boric powder, or at least a roach
product with that as the first ingredient...haven't been able to bring
myself to put it down yet (not because of compassion for roaches, but
because I'm in denial I guess--want to believe MY place won't get
them....)

Seems like I recall sugar and borax powder, mixed together, in little
jar 
lids under the sink etc..   The roaches are drawn to the sugar, but the 
borax gets them.  Anybody know about this one?
