please first contact bonnie at the www.militarymascots.org website. organizations like hers really advise against such action as it only leads to more operations like "vector control" I believe it is called--and more dogs and cats are killed in roundups with such reasons as rabies, etc given. A case like this would be different is it was stateside but this happened way out of the public's eye and away from constant monitoring. yes it was horrible but you don't want a backlash where some brass says, just get rid of all the damn mutts already so there's no publicity period.
