Hi Cindy,     I'm sorry you had to find us but glad your asking for some help. This is a great and caring group of people here. Some of us mix our negatives and positives together then some don't. This isn't the end for him because he has a fever. There will be others here that will give some advise as well. Please open your heart and give this fella a chance before you do anything hasty. I know you love him just like all of us in this group love our kitties. I would certainly get another Vet if he or she is telling you to euthanize the kitty. There are FELV friendly Vets out there. Please do some research for them in your area.   What is your location? How old is your "Smokey"? Is he eating?
