You need to set a trap w/ food asap, while keeping the
other animals away from it, so that she will come out.
 If she smells tuna, or something else, she should
come out to eat, unless she can get out of the house
some other way.  Is there any way you can close that
hole up after you trap her?  I think time is of the
essence here and although you should try to remain
calm so you can think straight, you definitely need to
move on this asap.  Good luck and keep us posted.

P.S.  Is there a room you can keep just her in until
she gets used to the house/other animals and settles
down into her own routine?
