Tonya,     I'm so sorry to hear about your Popeye! It is unreal of what you have endured while trying to seek help for him. The Principal is heartless maybe Michelle will have some advise for you on this matter. Popeye is now healthy and playing with the others at the bridge. The time will come when you will be together again. I hope things work out for you. You will continue to be in my thoughts and prayers.
