Hi MC,    I  think the one your talking about is the one Jim's friend Michelle Crean wrote, it is this one: http://www.parrett.net/animalaid/free.html I have a link to it on the page itself, the problem is those people don't bother to go to it or the instructions, or they read the instructions and do what they please anyway.
