Have it sent to your office so you don't have to retrieve from the post
office.

If it's a lifetime situation then order a large amount and keep in stock so
you don't have to get it at the last minute.

When you get the Elavil pills, taste one -- just touch your tongue to it or
put a drop of water on it and get a taste on your finger. Then you know how to
mix it -- if it's bitter and has a nasty aftertaste, use syrup or molassas; if
it's a little salty or not too bad then you can mix with waterpacked tuna or
meat baby food.

I almost never pill anyone, and I have Connie (epileptic) on phenobarbitol
and Keppra several times a day for life and Peepers (neurological problems) on
prozac daily, also for life. I also have fosters who need antibiotics or
metronidazole for awhile to get over what they picked up and the shelter. And
I have Ember, a cat with miserable skin allergies, who gets a depo medrol
injection every other month.
