(you know Julia from Adoption days).

Your enclosure sounds really cool.
I don't think my HOA would go for it and I don't want to draw any more
attention to the number of cats I have than necessary.

(They state you can have a "Reasonable number" of pets..well, I think
10 is reasonable..or 15...:)
