I've never had any luck saving it. I tried putting it in baby food jars, etc. It evaporates fast. Maybe someone else has a better idea. Our low cost vet clinic keeps it in a ...oh I don't know what to call those things. The plastic containers you put mustard and ketchup in and take to picnics, except it is clear. I doubt they have to save it for long either, though.
