I have another question about so-called "normal" kittens.

Does anyone know approximately how much weight they should be gaining each
week? Mine are June babies and I want to do a more accurate/better job of
monitoring their weight and how much they should be fed. I find the
instructions for feeding on the backs of cans and dry food to be confusing and
not very helpful....especially if you are mixing wet and dry like me. They get
wet in the am and at bedtime and in between, I like to give them dry when I
leave for work so they have some free-choice thru the day while I'm gone. I
also give them dry when I get home to fill them up before they come out to romp
in the house. It's hard for me to tell how much they are eating, so I at least
wanted to monitor weight better. I have one that is sooooooooooo skinny and
long and I don't know yet if it's just a body-type issue or something else? It
eats almost as much as the other two and has come very far from the state it
was in when I first got it (not even 2 lbs and not eating). But it doesn't
really have a "belly" at all like my other two?

Does anyone know of some good, readily understandable guidelines regarding
weight gain per week for kittens and/or amount of daily feeding for kittens
that I could use as a reference?

Thanks,
Caroline
