It's time for the General's yearly checkup. I've had him for 2 years. He's had a rabies shot and a calici virus shot and FVRCP booster when I got him and then the next year as well. I'm not a big vaccination person, I no longer allow my dog to be vaccinated. This cat was a stray, and he is now a 100% indoor cat.
I'm thinking I should ask the vet to titer him. I just don't feel good about giving vaccinations to an immune compromised cat. What do you folks do?
