safe is our water?"

Question to you about the leukemia vaccine. There is a new one out that my 
vet told me about. I can't remember the maker but I do remember her telling 
me it was a live virus? What are your thoughts? Supposedly it is better and 
has less of a chance of producing a cancerous tumor at the injection site.
