But, what if they don't check? they can always say they thought they had done it or someone else did it. Around here, they don't even bother to check. If it gets caught, it is a stray. same with dogs. Just found out that Moscow Mills holds their noses to the exhaust of a car and then throws them into the trash. Working with Pals to find out about this and do something to stop it.
