This is how we handled sending our 2 dogs and 2 cats coming back from Belgium: I went first, with the 2 cats in the hold; the next day, my husband shipped the 2 dogs, and I went to pick them up. The next day, my husband flew out...and I picked him up. It was tensions all the way.and I wasn't even aware of all the horrible things that can and do happen!
