Thanks Karolyn. That's what I'm concerned about...the other vet I use
for my own, negative cats has always been good with my cats...but he was
a changed man with the first FelV kitten I brought to the clinic. It was
quite an eye-opener. Naively, I thought all vets would regard all sick
animals as equally important. I would not take an FeLV cat to him again
unless there was no alternative. Kerry

If it was me I would stay with them. Vets who work with you on FELV+
cats  are not that easy to come by. Maybe some time soon the assistant
will move on. The Vet I have been with for 21yrs. had a vet on his staff
that I was not comfortable with. I only used her if I had to because Dr.
Wong was on vacation, etc. I was so glad when she moved on.
