Thanks Mary Christine...so I guess I have to talk to the owner, make
sure he got the letter, get a response from him...decide if I'm going to
continue with the vets I use..and then, next time I use either of the
vets, let them know directly that I don't want the tech in question to
deal with any of my cats. Plus, in future, I want to do what Jo
does---not let my cats out of my sight....be with them when they draw
blood etc. I've never felt comfortable letting them out of my sight in
any case. Kerry

i
found out the hard way that human medical docs are often incredibly
unaware
of what their staffs do and say to patients--and they never find out
unless
the patients speak with them specifically.

good vets ARE hard to find, so i'd be wary, too, of tossing one because
of
their staff--just refuse to work with that tech, period. you may not be
the
first person to have had a problem, but they'll never know if you don't
tell
them...
