Thanks Mary Christine...so I guess I have to talk to the owner, make sure he got the letter, get a response from him...decide if I'm going to continue with the vets I use..and then, next time I use either of the vets, let them know directly that I don't want the tech in question to deal with any of my cats. Plus, in future, I want to do what Jo does---not let my cats out of my sight....be with them when they draw blood etc. I've never felt comfortable letting them out of my sight in any case. Kerry
