I'm so glad I asked for you guys' opinions! Thanks for the feedback, Tad. I really don't want to give up the 2 vets I use. Re the petsitter/tech---no, afraid there was no misunderstanding (and believe me, I WANTED it to be a misunderstanding!). She's a bad egg. Got caught out in a big fat lie. There were red flags before that....I should have paid more attention to them.
