This will be the first of two posts. This is more informational. The next will have my questions about FELV.
********************** Our San Jose, CA neighbors left their beautiful cat behind when they moved away. We first noticed him lying lethargically in the street a few weeks after they moved. We'e been feeding him as best we could and discovered that he was amazingly mellow & sweet. He loves to have his belly rubbed. We're looking for assitance in placing him. He will need to be an indoor only cat and the only cat in the household (we think he will need to be indoor/only cat, we're waiting to hear back from the vet regarding some test results). Right now he has no place to shelter in - our 3 indoor only cat household cannot absorb any more cats. We've put a heating pad out on the porch..... but if we could find even temporary shelter, we think he'd be better off until a permament home could be found. So even if you cannot give him a home, please pass the link to the adoption web site to your friends/co-workers: http://catnet.stanford.edu/adoption_gallery.html# Scroll down to the "Community Listings' Adoptions and look under Bob (Fluffy Gray Cat) (Bob was not our name - we're calling him Cousin Itt aka Mr. Gray, but Stanford said Bob was much easier to remember) __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
