The oncologist is doing the paperwork for the VO, though he has no idea if
it will help him with the cancer. I'm not sure anyone knows. But
boosting the immune system never hurts, and it could counteract the immune
suppressing effects of the chemo, who knows. I am just hoping he is still alive
by the time it comes in. It takes so long-- 45 days-- and he really is just
barely hanging in there with his anemia.
