When one of my positives so much as sneezes, I put them on Lysine right away 
(1/2 tab twice a day in baby food). If they are not completely better in about 
a day and a half,  I put them on a round of doxicycline (7 days).  That 
usually does the trick.  I keep them on the lysine during that time too.  
Normally, 
when not sick, they all get baby food every morning with immune supplements 
mixed in-- CoQ10, vitamins, slippery elm, and either Immugen or DGL.
