I know how hard this is. You just have to do what you 'feel' is right for Simon now.

He gets Pepcid in the morning, and reglan 3x/day. He is not really cuddled up anymore. He is more hiding and extremely out of it. He was lying in that position stretched out on his stomach with his legs in front of him and his head on the carpet between his paws, starting vacantly. It's a position they only get into when very sick.
