If you use dorsal, you don't install any of FEniCS components (FIAT,
UFL, FFC, Instant, uflacs, DOLFIN) manually. That's the point of dorsal.
Right. I tried dorsal, but it failed. Also, as it is for installation on
a cluster, we don't don't want duplication install of all the packages.
However, where can I find the source code (configure, make...?) for a
linux cluster?
When I do ccmake for dolfin, that is where it asks for the UFC
directory. It's mandatory.
Nevertheless, UFC_DIR variable for DOLFIN configuration should be
<your_FFC_install_path>/share/ufc

Where can I find UFC? (The links that I find to download seem to be
broken.) How should I insall UFC and which directory exactly
should I point to with UFC_DIR?

PS On our HPC cluster, the automatic install failed. Also, we don't
want to duplicate too much software on the system. Once I've got
this all working, I will create an easybuild install configuration:
