All the FEniCS components except DOLFIN are so light-weight and easy to
install that it is usually more comfortable to duplicate all of them
for every FEniCS build. Moreover, some of them depend on SWIG, NumPy
(which depends on BLAS) so the duplication is sometimes inevitable.
