By changing the python version I am using, the download indeed starts!

After downloading a bunch of stuff (lapack, petsc, etc.), it fails to
download dolfin and returns the following error:

Any idea what this could be due to? I have looked into
/home/user1/.hashdist/tmp/dolfin-sd2jntuwgyab/_hashdist/build.sh but I
couldn't figure out what caused this error...
