Aurelien Jacobs <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> added the comment: I've just tested it. Conversion works fine ! Both the original and the destination files contain 2 frames. Just try: % ffmpeg -i test.swf test.mov % ffmpeg -i test.mov test%d.jpeg And you will get 2 jpeg files.
