is the mail you are talking about? it might have worked for him because he didnt compress the swf file. http://debugmode.com/userforums/viewtopic.php?t=5681 http://harry.sufehmi.com/archives/2007-08-24-1520/ says the compressed swf does not work with ffmpeg from the debugmode site it says "if you have the original Wink files, you can simply re-render them as Uncompressed Macromedia Flash files.
