Ronald S. Bultje <[email protected]> added the comment: Just FYI, what I posted is "enough to consider this a GPL violation". This does not mean that that's all I've been able to find or all I would be able to find.
You're using a custom-built product with your own build scripts. PLEASE make sure that it complies with the license as specified by the authors (me, Diego, etc.). Go through every single file and function and make sure your licensing is correct. Hire a lawyer if you have to. I don't intend to be kind all the time. Even when all violations are resolved, your license is not yet reinstated. I assume Diego had this discussion with you, but in case he didn't: your license will not be reinstated until we say so. It is not automatic. At this very moment (and for the past years), you're selling software that knowningly violates my (c) and I'm not happy about that, especially not while your company makes statements such as here: http://forums.vso-software.fr/license-violation-t10409.html I would love to sit around, have a conference call between your legal representative and my lawyer (and Diego) so we can finish this. ____________________________________________________ FFmpeg issue tracker <[email protected]> <https://roundup.ffmpeg.org/roundup/ffmpeg/issue272> ____________________________________________________
