The https://github.com/oneapi-src/oneVPL-intel-gpu/commit/dc7fd15 is a fix
which is available on Linux driver, but unfortunately Windows driver is
lagging behind. Mind that the major change in dc7fd15 is to output entire
temporal unit while before the fix we tended to have few units in a single
output. I guess taking in a patch which is not needed on Linux, but needed
on Windows won't be a good strategy. I strongly believe Windows driver
should be released soon.
