Can I regard these as official answers ?

If you want to, but they're not.

If not and I wanna get some more official answers, how can I contact with
the FFmpeg official group?

Have you read the *licenses*? Those have the official and binding answers to your questions. There is no need to contact any "FFmpeg official group" because they have applied permissive *licenses* to the software. (If you search the archive for this mailing list, you'll find the same answer multiple times over the years.)

Please tell us if you and your company has read the GPL and LGPL. If no, do so immediately. And as Harald recently said (and others have before), ask a lawyer if you are unsure of the obligations it contains.

z!
