Hello,
I did try to compress h.262 videos to h.265 and would expect, if I
compress it to half of the size a comparison e.g. with vivictpp would
give a result, that nearby no difference will be seen.
But its not.
Any Lossy compressed video will ALWAYS get worse if you recompress it
with another lossy codec. No matter which codec you use or which
settings on that codec.
