okay, to be a little more useful than just saying "we should do that", I've copied up an unofficial wdiff with 2.3 to: http://dev.linuxfoundation.org/~mats/fhs.wdiff its usefuless is somewhat limited by production issues - it's a new build, and there seem to be a lot of changes just due to that, rather than intentional wording changes.
