I usually forget the Solstice, but for some reason this year I remembered it!
I have 3 more knitting days til Christmas, which should be plenty of time to finish the pair of handspun, handknit work socks for my dh, right? I've started the gusset section of the second sock, so I don't have more than maybe 5 hours of knitting left :) No hope for the gloves I wanted to make, but maybe in time for his birthday in March? We had our first for real snow Wednesday night--if 3 inches counts as for real :) It's supposed to rain tomorrow night--I don't know if we're going to have a white Christmas this year--weird! I think it's because we left the plow on our new truck after we got it in October <g> Holly who still can't believe how soon it is til Christmas!
