Hello, My daughter is weaving her first project for 4-H and she came up with an idea without seeing what mom had in her stash. She wants to weave a rug with a variegated blue and purple yarn. I have a lot of partial cones of "rug yarn" that I picked up ages ago, mainly in beige, browns, and grays. So if I were to over dye the beige. would I get bright colors or dingy colors? It is a fairly light beige. When looking for project ideas I came across rugs that had been woven with "blanket weft selvages" Does anyone know if these are still available? christy [EMAIL PROTECTED]
