I have several Lendrums as well. The only place I have ever oiled is
the bobbin shaft. some of the squeaks etc. are probably from weather
changes. I live where it can be humid in the summer and we heat with
wood in the winter. No matter how well made everything around here
can change even just slightly.
Do you have the article from Spin-off on Lendrums. It might discuss
oiling them.

My Lendrum question for the spinners in the audience:
I know there's no lubrication needed for the wheel itself (closed
bearing hub), but has anyone any experience with lubing any other
part of a Lendrum. I have two, and I get these odd squeaks now and
then with both.
