Hi, It's a Louet hatbox wheel. Model number S-40, usually difficult to find. I've seen them go on eBay, depending on the condition, for $600-400. You do have to treadle quite a bit, since it has only one 'speed'. Mine fits comfortable into the passenger well of the 'Burb. wrnk d2
