This thing is silent and harmless. I am not sure how a cat or other pet
would react to one. They'll either play with it or run from it would be
my guess. Anyway great for dust dust bunnies, fibers, hair, etc. Oh, it
is only about 4 inches high, so will scoot under beds and chairs, etc.
Has anyone else tried one of these?
I haven't tried the RoboMaid, Ron, but I do have iRobot's
Roomba and Scooba. The Roomba is a robotic vacuum for
carpets and hard floors..... it does a great job on both,
actually vacuuming up the dog hair and dirt. The Scooba is
for washing hard floors and that works very well, too. They
both cost more than the RoboMaid, but they do a very
thorough job.
iRobot just came out with a cleaning robot for the garage or
shop, too. You can check out their products at www.irobot.com
I'm not affiliated with iRobot, just very pleased with their
little robots....... I wish they make one for mowing my
hilly yard.
Time to set Roomba to cleaning the floors while I do some
weaving.
Take care,
Robin
