I have to say about Wild Fibers that the name is a bit of a put-off to me :) I'm a domesticated fiber kind of person, infinitely preferring wool to anything else. When I branch out, it's most likely to blend mohair, angora, or silk with wool.

The website doesn't seem to say much about the content.

There's definitely a niche out there for a new publisher to fill. I guess I wouldn't mind seeing one that has weaving, spinning, knitting, with occasional bits on felting, lacemaking, etc. All with a focus on beautiful function and practicality, not art.

I'll have to run the idea past a spinning internet friend of mine who puts out a quarterly homesteading magazine that's far superior to any commercial mag. If she could carve out the time to do a fiber magazine, it would be great!
