For the meeting room space, Have you checked with:
1. Area public libraries 2. Area schools 3. Area 4-H programs 4. County extension officer 5. Any museums in the area Check with the nursing homes or assisted living residences in your area. Most have large meeting /activity rooms and in my area they welcome community groups as long as they don't mind letting the residents wandering in from time to time.
