I've never seen any device for wetting the flax on these double flyer wheels 
except for the traditional water pot near the orifice. Common sense says 
that you didn't wet fibers working with two hands - when working a single 
flyer, you have one hand left to hold the fiber and prevent twist from going 
up into the fiber mass. That ability is lost when spinning with both hands.
