Our membership drive should start with the creation of a committee that will evolve in the overall campaign until we meet the target of say 100,000 members. I believe that there is no other better person to be nominated than our two most dynamic officers, therefore, to start the ball rolling, I should like to nominate Fred Manangan as chairman of the membership committee and Bal Junio as vice chairman. Your utmost cooperation and participation is much needed here. Let's start our operation with the right persons to handle the interim membership committee.
